Description: Riverside and air conditioned, although air
conditioning is rarely needed since nowhere in Avery County
is the elevation below 3,000 feet. Have you ever enjoyed a
night's sleep with the windows open, cool mountain air,
listening to the sound of a rambling river? Fully equipped
kitchen, 4-person hot tub, large overed deck, cozy fireplace, and
gas grill. Not willing to be too rustic? Enjoy your 32-inch
flat screen satellite television with 120 channels and 12 STARZ movie channels 527-559, iPod radio cradle and recharge! We
also provide wireless internet upon request. One mile+
walking path around the perimeter of the property (mowed
during summer months), 1/4 mile+ of private river access to
the Linville River (stocked with trout). Escape to the Blue Ridge Mountains and stay riverfront in one of the best locations in the High Country. All of our North Carolina Mountain Rentals are situated in a splendid mountain paradise, just a short drive from attractions such as the crystal clear mountain rivers that are known for Fly Fishing in NC for trout and White Water Rafting in NC, Ski Resorts in NC
such as Sugar Mountain Ski Area and Ski Beech Resort, the
infamous Western NC Waterfall
Linville Falls NC, and even places like Lake James State Park and the Biltmore Estate Asheville.
Rods and reels are available for a small daily fee and the
Chevron gas station one mile south of the property has
limited bait and fishing items.
The sleeping configuration includes a queen-sized bed in
bedroom one, twin beds in bedroom two, and twin beds in the
sleeping loft (ladder access, 16 years and older). All mattresses are Sertas.

Cabin - Riverbend's double occupancy rate is $157 per night
with $10 per night per, person over 2 people; a 2-night
minimum stay is required.
Seasonal rates and minimums apply December 20th to January
13th as follows: The nightly double occupancy rate is $165
per night with an additional $10 per night, per person over
2 people. There is a 3-night minimum if arrival is on
Sunday, Monday or Tuesday from December 20th to January
13th.
